how far along would you have to be to get official ultrasound pictures?

I really would like to know. I'm 4 weeks and I can't really see much on my picture.

apparently I'm a very new mommy because mine was way too small. I don't even know how far along I am yet but I'm already having symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
