I can never go out at night w my bf clubbing and stuff cuz my parents don't allow me but I get really jealous when he's out w his friends and parties

Idk my bf thinks I'm scared to go out later at night cuz my he thinks I'm scared to get caught by my rents or that my "dad " would see me

Idk how can I make myself feel better?
