Twinges yesterday, nothing today?

Yesterday at 6DPO I had twinges down below all day on and off, today I don't think I feel really anything apart from that my throats feels as if I'm starting to get a cold of some sort. I'm not crazy, I'm not symptom spotting like mad and I know I'm more than likely not pregnant but I am curious, If I had twinges etc all day yesterday and nothing today how likely is it that I could still be pregnant? I highly doubt I am, but yesterday made be a tiny bit hopeful and I thought I would continue to feel at least something the following days.
