when is it safe to say it's not a chemical?

Hi, I had a chemical 2 cycles ago. I just got a BFP at 10dpo. I was just wondering if there was kind of an official point when it would be safe to say it won't end as a chemical? The day AF is due perhaps or later? Hope that makes sense x
