Question about bump on LO's sensitive area

So let me start by saying this is a question about a sensitive/private area on my LO. She had a large bowel movement and while I was wiping her a noticed a bump on her taint. It was small and red. It's Sunday so we can't call her pediatrician. I'm debating urgent care- but she seems unbothered by it. Could I just put diaper cream on it and wait and see if it goes down or should we go see some one today or just wait for her regular doctor. Sorry for all the questions- FTM right here :)
