Sex after baby

I'm posting anon bc I'm a little embarrassed and I know some women will say absolutely not....I had my daughter 9 days ago and I want to have sex with hubby soon. No one talked with me about how long I should wait but I've seen on this app it's 6 weeks or longer. I did not tear at all. Would it be okay if we took it slow and used a condom? Has anyone had sex this soon?
