Advice? Can i have a period with leftover hcg still in system???

I had a miscarriage on September 27th through the 3rd. According to the flo app this is when i was suppose to ovulate and such but i know its not 100% correct. I had ovary pain on the 18th. And now today im having light cramping. Could it be my period coming? My pregnancy tests still arent negetive the left one was from yesterday amd right one today. Can i get my period with hcg in my system??
