Bleeding

Ok so I bled for 3 days from 29th September to 1st October, this was light and I’m putting it down to coming off all birth control, anyways 3 weeks later and I’ve started bleeding again but really heavy, it’s turning the water in the toilet pink/red and there’s a lot of blood when I wipe, is it normal to have this much bleeding in one month ?

I can’t remember when I last had a proper period- possibly July, I’ve been on the implant, combined pill and mini pill all within the last 6 months, my body is probably thinking what is going on here 😂
