FTM wondering what contractions feel like

I am a FTM and I’m wondering what Braxton Hicks contractions feel like and what real labor contractions feel like. I’ve been having tightening in my uterus for the last 3 weeks but I just thought it was because baby was turning/moving. Also, when I walk/stand up baby pushes on my cervix a lot. Feels like baby might fall out/kinda a painful almost have to pee feeling.

I’m 33+1 but baby is measuring 38w so I’m trying to be aware in case baby comes early. Baby is already head down.
