Ive heard that ur hymen breaks when u lose ur virginity, does that mean you bleed when you break ur hymen? Is the blood from breaking ur hymen similar to periods or is it like discharges? What kind of stuff comes out when u break ur hymen?

you can break your hymen other ways, not just by losing your virginity. and i think that you /might/ bleed but otherwise nothin else happens??

Only about half of women bleed when they loose their virginity. The hymen is actually more like a scrunchy than a breakable barrier. It can expand and retract without tearing and in a lot of cases it is impossible to tell whether someone is a virgin or jot just by their hymen.

It’s just a little bit of blood. If you use tampons there’s a good possibility that you’ve already broke it and just didn’t realize it.
