He doesn’t love me..

So I’ve grown up with my dad always telling my mom that she doesn’t love him. Which she comes back with “I do love you” and it is obvious that he just says that and she does love him but now I catch myself saying that in my relationship. I will tell my boyfriend “you don’t really love me” and then after I say it I wonder why I did. Because he comes back with “I really do love you” and I know he does.. I really hate that I do that and I don’t even know why I do it....
