Sleeping without associations
Hi there. I have a son that is 8.5 months old. We want to start working on going to sleep without nursing him to sleep for night time and naps. I was wondering if anyone has any helpful hints or experience with the transition. I'm a softie and hate hearing him cry, but this sleep association has been very frustrating at times as well.
