Help! ADVICE NEEDED: My 8 month old doesn't sleep!

Advice needed: my 8 month old has only slept through the night for two weeks since birth. From 5 months to nearly 7 1/2 months he struggled with ear infections. Our pediatrician assumed he wasn't sleeping well because of the fluid and pressure build up in his ears. We got tubes in his ears two weeks ago but the sleeping patterns have not improved. We are waking up at minimum 3x a night and most nights it is closer to 5. We consistently do bedtime routines and ensure he has a full stomach before bed. My husband and I are out our wits end. Help!
