Ovarian pain

Hi, I stopped using birth control like 2 weeks ago. I had sex since then, but always protected. Except yesterday. He pulled out yesterday and he did it on time. I don’t think any sperm could get inside of me. It was our first round, he didn’t masturbate before or anything.

Well now, since yesterday evening my left ovary hurts. Could that mean I got somehow pregnant? What does it mean? It’s never hurt before
