Pregnancy after Tubal clamp removal

I am wanting to get pregnant and I want to know how many women have had tubal clamps put on and became pregnant after they were removed? What did you do to better your chances? Did you have a procedure to fix the scar tissue in the tubes from the clamps? I haven't had a procedure done to essentially fix my tubes, but I am hoping for the best. I got the clamps put on because I was going through some severe health issues and I didn't want to some how end up pregnant and something happen to the baby. Please let me know and please answer all of the questions. I really am hoping there is a more natural way to go about it.
