Still trying at 42

I know I posted a while back asking if 42 is too old to still be trying, my son just tired 18 ( my one and only) I feel so bad I was never able to give him a sibling, but I DO still want another but I constantly hear “ are you crazy?? You’re 42 and your son is 18” I makes me feel so sad, angry and I feel I will be embarrassed if I ever do get pregnant again, I feel EVERYONE will look at me like “ wow she’s too old to be pregnant “. Also my husband does not want another one he thinks we’re too old, we never have sex and he won’t go get checked!!! It’s so hard and depressing... how will I ever get pregnant?!?!
