Help me please ladies!

I'm going out of my mind right now, was sent for a scan today 6w2d, they saw the yolk sac and everything looked okay, they think it's to early for the heartbeat. However they have noticed that the sac is quite far over to my left side and high up, I have had no bleeding or cramping ( expect mild stretching cramps) has anyone ever had this? Or at least heard of it. I'm booked in for 10 days time but I need some hope before then💔🤞🏻😥
