Ftm and so many questions 😭

So ill be 37 weeks tomorrow, and tomorrow morning is my ob appt. last night i had contractions for like 2 hours straight off an on like every 7-10 mins. And i was sitting in my bed and felt like i was peeing myself a little bit, it wasn’t much but soaked through my underwear. I went and looked it didn’t smell like pee, didn’t really go through my shorts or anything. It was clear and didn’t have a smell or anything. Not sure if it was just discharge. 0.o

Should i ask my OB to check and see if I’m leaking fluid or something??

And then ever since i got up this morning my lower pelvic area has been like sore/hurting and within the last half hour it has moved to my back. The center of my

Back hurts so bad i want to curl in a ball. About 3 hours ago i felt like i needed to have a bowel movement i went to the bathroom 3 tomes within the hour because i just couldn’t go, i finally did the 3rd time. (I had diarrhea yesterday all day so not sure if that had anything to do with it). And i keep having these pains shooting down to my vaginal area and even my butthole (sorry tmi ladies).

Anyone have any insight on what the hell is going on 😭 and do i mention all of this tomorrow morning at my appt.??
