Please tell me this isnt herpes

So about 2 months ago I think, I started getting this itchy tingly feeling on my bottom lip. I would scratch my teeth across my chin to lip. I'm constantly licking my lips. but they itch STILL. I keep thinking it's dry skin it has to be but I will literally wear chapstick 25/8 like my lips aren't dry and chapped. but my skin apparently is under my lips? what is this shit!!! I cannot stand it anymore!

any thoughts?
