hi has anyone tried this part by itself, natural and without the added drugs?

Yes i did it naturally on oct 12th no meds and the only injection i got was the trigger shot on the 11th. I have been spotting for 2 days now and am supposed to test tmrw am. I have had cramps today as well, feels like AF is around the corner.
Also after the iui procedure i had quite abit of cramps for 3-4 days but it was bearable.
