💔💔💔😔😔😔

So I've been on the nexplanon for like 4 months now and on Sunday 10/22/17 I went to the bathroom and when I wipe I had little blood but only when I'll wipe and I thought I was getting my period since I haven't had it since I had my daughter and I wore a pad but nothing then it stopped and today 10/25/17 I went to the bathroom again and I wipe and I had little but little tiny bit of blood mucus and that's it .. well idk what it might be .. is it letting me know that my period about to start ? Has it happened to you? Did you get your period ? I dont know what's going on and a little advice will be helpful .. thank you so much in advance ❤️
