Leftover follicles?

This morning I went for my baseline ultrasound (day 3) and the nurse told me I have some "leftover follicles" from last time ( I just had an IUI cycle last month).

The did blood work to check if my hormones are low and decide if I can start medicine tonight or wait until next month🙄.

I hope they call me with good news🤞

Update: I got my test results and my hormone leves are normal. My doctor said I can start medicine tonight💉
