New to IVF. Feeling sad and defeated

I’ve been TTC #1 for a year. I’m 37, married for year and a half. I had opposed to the idea of IVF because it felt like going against nature... but according to some tests, apparently I don’t have many eggs left (or way less than other women my age). So I guess I’m out of options... I got my first shot today, but I’m not feeling happy or excited. Just sad, frustrated, and defeated... just needed to vent to someone. No one else in my family has had issues conceiving and I feel lile I have no one to talk with...
