HELP WITH ANXIETY!

I have horrible anxiety. I’m currently in the second trimester and my anxiety is at its peak. My anxiety is over personal friendships and it’s quite trivial but I can’t seem to get the thoughts of out my head and obsess about it. I’m so worried my anxiety is going to harm baby. Which I think is making me get even more stressed. Please lend me your advice? I’m desperate. Yes I see a therapist and am medicated. Nothings working.
