Please help!

So I have a 16 month old son, I haven’t had a period since right before I got pregnant with him, so right around 2 years ago. I’m on the pill and my husband and I had sex a few weeks ago with no condom. We usually use one, but sometimes things happen. Lol. I’ve had diarrhea the past couple days and had some cramping the day before yesterday. Today my boobs are killing me and my husband said they look bigger. Has anyone had these symptoms before they found out they were pregnant? I’m not sure when to take a test because I’m not sure how many DPO I am or anything. Thanks for your help!
