6 month old baby girl is sick :( UPDATE. 2 Update her fever is gone and she is back to playing and laughing.

Today about 3 pm I kissed her forehead and she felt kinda warm, so I took her temp and it was 100 degrees. I waited about 30 minutes and took it again and it was 101.9.I called the doctor and he said she looked fine and her exam was normal. so I just gave her some Tylenol and she took a nap. when she woke up her fever was back and she vomited twice. she has an appointment for her six month shots in the morning, but I'm am reply worried. she is asleep now, but I'm staying awke to make sure she is ok. Does anyone have any advice? I know the doctor is the only one who can tell what's wrong, but I am worried. UPDATE!! IT'S 3:45 am she just woke up with a fever of 104, and she vomited again. I gave her some more tylenol, and a wash cloth on her neck. I'm just so worried I know y'all know how I feel. I rather me be sick. but we are just waiting for her appointment this morning thanks ladies. 2nd Update. this morning her fever is gone and she looks so much better. she is up playing. Thanks y'all. this was the first time she has been sick like that, I was so scared.
