First time trying to conceive..

I know this might sound crazy, but my boyfriend/fiancé and I are trying for our first baby. I had recently gotten rid of my birth control(IUD)on Friday the 13th of October, and we’ve been nonestop every weekend, every chance we get since me removing the IUD, do any think that I might have a possibility that I could be pregnant now? I still need to buy a pregnancy test,

but I’m nervous...!
