Beyond confused with my body

So, I've been out of the TTC game for more than a year. Had a blood test recently and my TSH is finally higher than the last time we TTC. According to Clearblue digital and my temp I ovulated on CD 11. I stopped temping when my temp rose after O to cut some stress. Well 6 days later I get crampy and start spotting. The spotting increases for one day and then was V light for the next couple days. My temps are low and I'm still 2/3 days away from AF but this morning I have zero spotting, my cervix is high, and my lower abdomen feels heavy. What's the deal ya'll? I just needed to post this so I have someone else wracking their brain with me.
