New to This
Not vegan, I was vegetarian for 2 years and then had to stop but now Id like to be one again!! problem is convincing the family. Im also pregnant! (yay!) and breastfeeding my toddler (yay!) so lots of nutrients I'm not getting and have been weak, I need help finding ways and recipes that make it easy to eat everything needed to be healthy but dont taste nasty! I need to find things that are filled with nutrients (for me) and still are tasy (for the family). thank you for any help!!
