Back pain please help 30 weeks

Keeping this short. My back I can't take anymore and my body in general I'm tuff with pain I have Tats everywhere but shit this pain threw my entire body it making me tear up. Baths,heating pads, Tylenol. DONT HELP my bf goes to school and works and I get it he's tired he had a long day but fuck can u just massage me for 5 min and ill stop bothering you I'm just crying thinking you should be doing these things for me I'm caring your baby and he doesn't understand how pregnancy works and what it does to a women please help ineed to find my own relief since he can't help in any way
