I had 2 good quality blastocysts transferred last Saturday (7 days ago) 1 was starting to hatch. this is our 3rd cycle 1st attempt failed 2nd we miscarried in the 3rd week. This week I've had wierd twinges and pulling feelings which I just put down to things working I've just been for a wee and there was a pinky stain on the tissue when I wiped. for the last 3 days I've had a mild achey feeling in my tummy and I was due my period yesterday. could this be period or implantation bleeding? We are supposed to test on Wednesday but I have a horrible feeling that it'll negative.
