Entertainment for your kids?

Hi, I babysit a three year old boy, a seven year old girl and a nine year old girl, I like to do fun things with the kids when I baby sit them to keep them entertained. What fun things do you do with your kids? What do you think is always a hit? Any ideas at all?? Indoor or outdoor activities? Arts and crafts?? Please give me some ideas. (I live in Ireland and it's normally pretty rainy, so indoor activities would mostly be helpful, but outdoor activities of course would also be welcome.)
