What could this be?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive and I have been off birth control for over a year and actively trying to conceive for approx 5 to 6 months. Thought this month may be the month as I was 5 days late on AF but it started yesterday. It was very light but last night got really heavy to the point I had to change the super tampons 3 Times in a 6 hour period and have been having huge chucks that look like a liver all last night and so far today. I am so confused and have a biopsy Monday on my cervix due to an abnormal pap. I am very concerned on what this may be. Thank you for your help!
