No sex in three months but now 10 days late

I’m 35 and my husband and I have been ttc for over two years. It has been a busy summer and we haven’t had sex in almost three months. Now I am 10 days late. I haven’t missed a period sense junior high! Took one test yesterday and it was negative. I was up all night bloated with cramps off and on but NO signs of blood, super tired all the time, light headed, and super hungry off and on. Has anyone gone this long to find out they are pregnant?
