Plastic wrap and my bump...

What do you guys think if I put a baby oil to my bump and then wrap it with plastic wrap and leave it there for like 2 hours to prevent strech marks and to be sure that the oil soaks in proparly and dont swipe off to the clothes. Would that be harmful to the baby?
