Keto and pregnancy
Hi! Anyone else pregnant and following keto WOE? Last pregnancy I blew up like a tick and then decided to start keto in February 2017 to get rid of 2 yr old baby weight 😂 I’m now pregnant again and am hoping to continue since I lost so much weight and am trying not to gain too much extra this time around 😊
