starting baby on food

is anyone starting their baby with food at 4 months old? i'm so lost on how to do so, ftm any tips would be awesome. all i've seen online says different things & we can't see her ped until she's 5 months. thanks in advance 😊 here's a pic of Evelyn Terry ❤️ oh yeah she is exclusively breastfed if that makes any difference.
