Nesting anyone?

Currently, my family of 3 soon to be 4 is living in a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex. Our lease is up at the end of the year and we are actively looking for prospects for our growing family. I am dying to start nesting, but I find myself stuck due to not knowing the new room for baby Max. I am so anxious to get started but there is no need to jump the gun I guess. Anyone started nesting and getting baby's room together? I'm having a boy and have decided to use Navy blue, white, grey, and mint.
