Wierd first day of period...

I woke up in agony this morning. Cramping, hot/cold flashes, dizziness, and dry mouth. I got in the shower around 8 am and that's when the heavy bleeding started. I took some advil @ about 9 (cause i could barely get myself to the medicine) and slept it off, and woke up again an hour later feeling better. I was bleeding normally( heavy first day), but some time later i noticed i wasn't really bleeding. I got slight cramps again went to the restroom to relieve.... Nada. Just a little reddish clear discharge. Barely anything on the pad, nothing in the toilet😕. I actually haven't felt myself bleed since about 10-11am. I usually bleed heavy the first day or first couple days and then it's moderate or light. Been to the restroom a few times today, its almost 10pm... Never have i ever randomly stopped bleeding completely the first day! Anybody else experience this? Maybe I'm overreacting but i hate abnormal stuff happening with my body...
