Breast Reduction question- help please!!

Any ladies on here that have had a breast reduction? If so, I have a question! So I’m almost 3 months post-op and around my nipples where the scars are, randomly I’ll have really dark blue/purple spots that are almost like pimples. They will pop and lots of blood and some puss will come out and then it will disappear. Any ideas as to what could be causing this and if I should call my doctor about it?? I just don’t know if that’s normal or not- thanks ladies!
