Topical ointment safe for pregnancy??
I am 30 weeks pregnant and even though I've tried all the natural remedies for calf cramps I still get hem in the middle of the night. The next few days are horrible with the pain and I am unable to walk due to it. I ca t get a hold of my doctor until Tuesday. Anyone know of any of the topical ointments are afar to use?
