Anyone here vegan? What bomb vegan recipes can you share with a new, fellow vegan (AKA ME)?! 🤤😛 I'm done ready for some bomb food. TIA.

I have a vegan cheesecake recipe from Pinterest. I haven't personally made it but my mom has and enjoyed it. 
Crust:
8 medjool dates
1 1/2 cups raw macadamia nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts or any combination of these will work, too)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Filling:
2 1/2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight)
1/3 cup coconut oil, in liquid state
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup maple syrup (honey would also be really nice, just not vegan)
6 tablespoons water (you may want a little more if it is too thick)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

sweet potato and red pepper hummus. dice up tomatoes, juice from limes, oregano and cilantro in a bowl. cook sweet potatoes in oven coat them with olive oil salt and pepper

carrots, broccoli,onions, bell peppers, jalapenos,pepperccini, and green been, simmer in a mix of olive oil soy sauce and brown sugar until soft then add steamed rice.
