Yes. It is the higher fat content milk on the top. When breastfeeding the first milk baby gets is more "watery" to help baby's feeling of being thirsty. Then it slowly becomes the thicker creamer milk with more fat to fill baby's tummy. Gently swish the milk like you would wine before tasting it (never shake breast milk or microwave it) and it will blend together. :)
