Early labour signs ?

I'm 31 weeks and have had a period like pains and lower back pain for 3days now I also have regular braxon hicks to which I'm unsure of contractions the period like pains is in my lower stomach 
I had a tiny bit of blood not long ago I thought that was due to sex tho I'm worried x

I would get checked! I had similar symptoms and an uneasy feeling at 31+1, and I was in preterm labor. Spent a week in the hospital getting it stopped. Now 32+6 and just hoping my babies will bake for a while longer.

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I had like period cramps as well for like 3 days but no blood !!! They went away today I feel fine but I told myself I had blood or anything weird or even if the pain got worse I was gonna go to the hospital !!! If you saw blood you should go get checked out !!! Its my first baby so I would go to the doctors right away because I heard blood is not a good sign !
