Sex everyday or every other day?

Question

We’ve been TTC for about 6 months (really really trying), off birth control for a year. I’ve read arguments for sex everyday or every other day.
I’ve tried OPKs to understand timing, monitoring temps, had my progesterone tested, husbands sperm tested (he had medical issues early in life)- all is good. 
Wanted to get other thoughts because this is driving me nuts!

Hubby and I were everyday, in 12 months pregnant twice unfortunately miscarried both. 
I am 40 so timing is not on my side the eggs are not as young as they use to be. But, getting back to your question I was told that it should be every other day, especially if SO’s count is on the lower side of normal. My hubby’s count came back top of the range with 400million per mil. Amazing little swimmers. We did it everyday.

the first two months everyday until a few days after my fertile window. the 3rd month and the month we conceived, it was every other day, sometimes every third day for my whole cycle.

If your hubbys sperm is fine that have sex as often as you want. My ob told us not to focus on that as it takes all the fun out of sex. I would do it at least once a day though, personally I dont feel like every other day is enough unless there is an issue with hubbys sperm.

My Doctor told me every other day. So we try to do it every other day from the end of my period and till about a week after the positive OPK. Then we do it as often we feel like it until the end of my next period.
