Smaller waist
Hip dips (getting rid of)
Any tips would be great! I am looking to tone my arms, get a smaller waist (more of the "hourglass figure"), get some abs, get rid of my hip dips, tone my legs (they are flabby), and get a better butt (it's flat, starting to show some cellulite, and it's too small). I'm fairly healthy as it is. I'll show a picture of my stomach, laying down, so you can see my figure. I want to define that hourglass look.

Any workouts would be incredibly appreciated! I only have 30-40 minutes a day to workout but will be doing so everyday. I also am starting to walk 2 miles a day again.
