6 weeks 3 days external ultrasound question?
My midwife has ordered an external ultrasound for my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 3 days today. I questioned the receptionist on why it isn’t transvaginal it being so early. She said well, if t doesn’t show up we can send in another order for a transvaginal but I’m thinking wouldn’t it just make more sense to do the more sensitive test the first time? Is there a chance it will show up with an external?
