I’m planning on breastfeeding and this makes me nervous that this is how people explain what our breasts will go through :(

The first three are correct lol but the after picture is just how your body reacts. My sister has that and she breastfed 3 months. I have the same breasts as before and I fed my daughter a whole year.
There has been studies that is doesn’t matter if you breastfeed or not if you want to keep your perfect chest 😋 Pregnancy does that to you. Your breasts are getting bigger during pregnancy so they are already stretched a little. 
But, the benefits of breastfeeding for your own body is that it increases the risk of breast cancer and you will get in shape sooner. I will sign for that! 💪🏻😁

I’ve breastfed for 2.5 years so far (my daughter still nurses once a day for a few minutes max, sometimes not at all) and my boobs look great.. we started weaning once she turned 2. Im not saying that in a bragging manner just breastfeeding doesn’t always = sagging breasts. Honestly, every woman is going to have a different experience because we all have different body types/ genetics.. etc etc.

Mine were slightly less perky after breastfeeding my son but still the same size and shape. I breastfed for 13 months.

It all depends on the person. To be honest, I’ve had plenty of friends who chose not to breast feed and their boobs were still never the same after pregnancy.  The things we do for babies 🤷🏼‍♀️
