Food poisoning or stomach bug?

I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative.

But I think I might have gotten food poisoning or have a stomach bug?

Symptoms are

- throwing up everything in my stomach

I threw up 8 times in a 12 hour period.

- cant keep water down

- stomach cramps

- a dull stomach pain

- diarrhea

- severe bloating

- super nauseous to the point I can’t sleep

- still throwing up bile even with nothing in my stomach.

- I’m dehydrated because I can’t keep liquids down.

- chills and sweats when I throw up
