Pregnancy symptoms @ 5wks

Heya dolls.. i lay on my bed feeling like ima pass out typing this message

I'm 5week pregnant and this is my first pregnancy since i lost me babyboy at 17wk 3 years ago and well i can defo say the symptoms are waaaay different n me no likey lol... i feel dizzy, light headed and sick all at once ive also being pooping often my last pregnancy i was constipated but heey still early days 🙈.. i also get this on n off pain on my left side or tweng i also don't have much of an appetite n just wanna drink water... is anyone else expecting these kind of symptom and what do u do to help them? 😩
